1. Completed a R7,3 million contract within budget and before schedule.

GROUP 5 (BERNOBERG MILLING) - Financial Manager and General Manager

1. Achieved breakeven for first time in company’s history within one year.
2. Project managed new GBFS milling plant in Verulam within budget.

ANGOR PROPERTY SPECIALISTS - Sales Manager

1. Developed Sales portfolio and Sales force by increasing sales from 70% to 120% of target within 5 Months.

BACKUP STORAGE FACILITIES - Manager, Western Cape

Promotion and sale of company’s business. Managed branch in all aspects. Grew branch from loss making to break even within 6 months after 5 years of making a loss. Trebled branch billings within 3 years. First achievement in history of company.

Top Tech Group/ Top Info Technology Holdings Ltd. - Regional Manager

1. Appointed as Regional Manager to launch the company in Eastern and Western Cape.
2. Saved Docubank subsidiary from closing down to breakeven within four months.

1. Specialised in property development and commercial property loans, including project finance & management and structured finance as well as project development.
2. Increased commercial lending from 7.2% to 19.4% within three years which led to the merging with Fidelity Bank.
3. Solved major bad debt crisis within eight months.
4. Played pivotal role in merger process with Fidelity Bank.

6. Increased assets by 146% within 20 months whilst decreasing bad debts from R 4 500 000 to zero write off over 20 months. Department’s profit before tax R 1 250 000 per staff member.
